From 1 March 2026, the Access Gap Cover online registration form will become mandatory for all provider registrations and updates.
Use of the online form is designed to reduce follow-up time, prevent incomplete submissions, and enhance fraud detection.
Please ensure you review the section called "Before you Start". Then scroll down the page to enter your email address for an access code to commence completing the form.
What’s Changing
Mandatory Use of Online Form: All providers must use the AHSA online form for AGC registrations and changes from 1 March 2026. Old PDF forms will not be accepted after this date.
Supporting Documentation and Information: The form requires all necessary documents and information (e.g. bank statements, Medicare letters, Doctor’s non-work-related email) to be attached/included before submission.
