To participate in Access Gap Cover, complete the online form for registrations and changes and follow the steps detailed below:
- Go to the online form for registrations and changes
- Make sure you read the section called ‘Before you start’ and once you have gathered all the necessary information, scroll down to find the box where you can enter your email address to get an access code. This allows you to start entering into the form
- A letter of confirmation will be emailed to both the billing contact and the doctor by AHSA
- You can then start billing under AGC – send your claims to individual funds (refer to the AHSA Participating Funds Contact List)
Once you have registered with AHSA, you can choose between No Gap and Known Gap on a patient-by-patient basis.
